heh.. here's the English version which I translated myself.

We confirm that Miss Lim ShuXian, has been invited to participate in an exchange program between her home university (NUS) and the University of Stuttgart. This will take place between 01.04.07 and 31.07.07 in Stuttgart. We appreciate if she can be issued a Visa starting 01.04.07.


The student is awarded a scholarship by the (DAAD) for the period of April 2007 to July 2007, a total of 480 EUR per month.
